I must report that I find the hand blender to be less than acceptable and am placing a negative review about the problems and apparent false advertising of which I have been subjected. First, I notice that the spin speed and mixing velocity for liquids is slower and weaker than a 20 year old Braun that I have - which states on the device that it draws 165 watts power. That unit churns the liquid with a fast strong force. I tried using your device for blending beet root powder. It clumps up when putting the fine powder in the water. your device does not produce enough churning to break up the little clumps. I tried all 3 attachments. I connected your device to a power meter and it draws about 50 watts. I suppose if I put in some solid material into the blender bowl that it would probably go to maybe 300 or 400 watts. I would probably be willing to try that except the next problem gives me reason to consider the unit not usable. When I mix with the blending attachment - the blade shaft in the housing - I noticed that it is pulling the liquid up the shaft inside the housing all the way to the top where the gears are located. Once it does that then it drains slowly and drips for hours. I put water in the top to see how long it takes to flush it out and it takes hours and still red drops of liquid are coming out of the bottom. This device is completely not worth the money. Returning it for a refund. It is not worth half the price. Shouldn't the device spin fast enough to break up beet root powder clumps? Shouldn't the shaft be sealed so that liquid does not rise up to the top of it? Update : I just got a Elechomes Professional Immersion Hand Blender and it works GREAT. It is almost double the size and it blends the beet root powder in about 5 seconds. It really churns the liquid like it is supposed to do. This unit is almost useless compared to the new one. I recommend the Elechomes Professional Immersion Hand Blender by far.It is better built - has more power and works way better. And it doesn't pull the liquid up the shaft like this one does. If you use this one with milk then you will have a sanitation problem because there is no way to clean the junk out of the shaft - once it gets in there.

So far I've tried the blender and chopper functions. I blended a protein shake and it did a great job,no powder lumps. I also used the 'turbo' button at the end to get the shake a bit whipped. I tested the chopper with peanuts and it did a perfect job. Quite fine grind after only several pulses. I haven't tested the whisk yet but I'll update this review with anything important that arises.I read a lot of reviews and it seems the company provides great service, which is another bonus. I got this on sale for $40, which is amazing value. I'm shocked at how lightweight the whole box is, despite it being powerful. Hopefully it stands the test of time. My only concern is that the parts that interconnect and spin are plastic, because in a different blender product, I've seen that plastic get deformed and melted from the friction, and then it won't spin properly. But perhaps the fact that this device pulses in short bursts will prevent that. I'll update this review if anything bad happens! the value is unbeatable, with a low price and all the accessories included.I recommend.
