The camera head is small enough that it fits into tight spaces and provides good picture quality, crisp enough that it shows the smallest details. I don't know what 1920p means but it's definitely as good or clearer than 1080p. I haven't truly put it to the test yet on a complex job but I imagine the 5 meter cable length will come in handy when getting under floorboards, inside walls or some other tricky hard to reach spot. I'm liking the versatility of not having to carry around a separate screen. Without the attachments, I can easily fit this in to my existing tool box, without worrying about the extra weight or lack of space. Arduous to Use
Memory issue, programming bad...
I've had the camera for a bit over 2 years now and it has served me very well.The quality is amazing,with 4K recording available for the front and HD for the rear view camera. It is very easy to use and install. you don't have to be technical to do it. It will take you probably 10-15 minutes to get it done. The functionality is great, with many options on the settings to play around with, depending on what you need. now, to the main part of the customer service. After a bit over 2 years of use, the camera started to act up. It would keep turning on and off randomly. At some points, it would be on without recording. I checked it for a few days/weeks, hoping it would stop, but nothing changed. So, I contacted their customer support to help me troubleshoot the issue. In my great surprise, I received a reply within 24 hours with step-by-step checks to do to ensure if the issue was with the camera or the setup (memory card faulty, cables cut, etc.). After checking everything and realizing that everything was connected properly, the customer support offered me a replacement camera! All in all, I can say I am very happy with the product, but the customer support has made the whole experience amazing! Thank you, RedTiger Team, for your fantastic service! I would definitely recommend buying their product, as the peace of mind they offer for the value for money is just one of a kind!
