The pillowcase is made of silk, giving it a slightly cool and very comfortable feel. The neck support is excellent, and the pillow itself is oversized—taller and wider than standard pillows. Regrettably, both my son and I have smaller heads, so it didn’t quite suit us and we had to return it. Still, I really hope a lower and smaller version of this same design will be available in the future. I definitely recommend it overall!

I’m a side sleeper because I have a permanent neck injury with degenerated/herniated discs, so sleeping on my side doesn’t cause as much pain as laying on my back would. either way, my neck pain can get pretty bad & my condition has gotten worse. So none of my pillows have been working. this seems to be ok so far. Oh, the company has unbelievable customer service. I emailed them a question & they were prompt to answer & very polite. Definitely recommend this product.
