The fan still needed constant attention. I had to keep a towel under it because it was leaking. The remote onyl worked if I was standing practically right next to it, and the fan speeds didn’t feel very different at all. The power bank feature is a nice idea, but it charged my phone super slowly.

Grate fan to keep you cool! Got this for the patio for summer as I didn’t want to install a full misting system. It puts out a solid breeze and the misting feature actually makes a difference without soaking everything. The built-in light and remote are a nice touch, especially for evenings. Setup was easy, and the battery life has held up well so far. Great option for staying cool without running hoses or dealing with complicated installations.

Better Than Expected! Very Sturdy. I’m very pleased with this item. The first thing I want to point out is that it's very solid and built well, to the point where I could call it 'heavy duty'. It's a heavy grade plastic and not lightweight or cheap feeling at all. The housing is durable and the base of the fan itself is heavy, due to the large rechargeable battery, so it's not flimsy by any means. You could use this at a construction site and I think it would hold up just fine.

I have installed easier fans but overall not to bad of an installation. I had a little technical issue that I had to call tech support for. Bradly took his time and walked me through everything (5 star support).
Overall this is a great quiet fan that is very economical to run. It fits into my smart home and can be remotely controlled when I am not home via my Ecobee thermostat. I live in FL and leave my fans running 7/24, when I recently did my research I found out DC motors not only run quieter but also use less energy. I will be purchasing another Fan with an LED for my second bedroom.

Seems well-built. Installation instructions could be written better (but that's true for all ceiling fans). No surprises during installation, once you figure out what needs to be done.
Fan works fine. 6 speeds in each direction. Very quiet.
Icons printed on remote control are kinda hard to visibly distinguish.I guess I'll learn them over time.
Only problem was LED light module didn't work. I called Customer Service. New part arrived 2 days later. Light works now. Kudos for very responsive customer service.
Hoping it'll last longer than me.

While the fan looks nice,it was the most challenging to install we've ever had. Once we got it installed, it starts with a clunk, and sometimes makes a tick tick noise.

Had an old hunter Douglas and it always hummed. I'm a woman over 60, so you know we are professional critics when it comes to getting cool.
Super quiet and just because it only has 3 blades, it works beautifully.
My husband commented on a piece of equipment they included for installation so that you can attach and be hands free-while installing.
Don't know how else to explain it but he's an engineer and he thoght this was so helpful.

The remote control is the usual all-show-no-go joke from WAC. For Heaven's sake don't ever drop it.
It's brittle with absurdly tiny buttons and a very weak magnetic wall holding pad.
Other than that it's a keeper.
